The Mercedes 350SL was first introduced in 1971 as a replacement for the Mercedes 300SL. The car was available as both a coupe and convertible and came with a 3.5-litre V8 engine that produced 220 horsepower.

The Mercedes 350SL is well-loved by drivers and critics alike, thanks to its stylish design, comfortable interior, and great performance. In fact, it was named the “Best Sportscar of the Year” by Road & Track magazine in 1972.

We hired ‘Kermit’ the MG Roadster from Bernard for our wedding day. My dad drove Kermit to the venue and it was so fun! The car looked amazing and so many of the guests got their photos taken with it. Bernard is a lovely guy and arranged drop off/collection of the car because we’re based in Northern Ireland. Highly recommended.

We rented the 1965 Mercedes Fintail for our Groomsmen to drive us to various locations for our wedding Photos in Wicklow. Bernard whom we dealt with at Courtyard Classic Cars made the whole process very easy, organising the details needed such as drivers licences etc for insurance. Arranging for the pick-up of the car on a bank holiday and drop-off the next morning. Also providing a nice white ribbon at short notice as we forgot that part!! The car was in mint condition with lovely red leather trim inside which came out fantastic in the photos. Engine, brakes, lights all perfectly maintained and working. One point of note is that this is a "Classic Car" and some experience driving such vintage cars and working a H gearbox on the steering wheel is useful. As our drivers were used to Classics, this was not an issue. The car handled the roads to the Wicklow Mountains perfectly. The car really added to our wedding day, and having our closest drive us around made it even more special!!

Rented the MGB roadster aka Little Sophie for my partners birthday. He absolutely loved it, was so much fun being out on the country roads driving with the roof down.
